Powers of Attorneys and Elder Law
We are able to prepare Enduring Powers of Attorney, Appointments of Medical Treatment Decisions. Make and advise on Advanced care Directives.
Our work will include:

Attending you in conference for instructions as to proposed attorneys and any conditions, directions or limitations that you may wish to advise;

Drafting documents and forwarding to you to look at at home;

Attending you in conference to sign;

Forwarding letter and information to attorneys for signing of Acceptance of appointment to role;

Providing copy of completed document and no charge retention of original document in our secure Deed Register.
The Other work we can assist in:

Advice on Retirement Village Agreement, which can be complicated;

Transition to Aged Care;

Guidance in relation to VCAT applications relating to people who have lost capacity and are unable to make an Enduring Powers of Attorney.
