It is important for everyone to have a valid Will no matter what the size of the estate. Having a Will ensures that your wishes are carried out and the important people in your life benefit from your assets.

We take the time to sit down with you in conference to get to know you and to ascertain your wishes so that we can provide a document which really suits your needs. After the initial discussion we provide a draft document for you to consider at home. It is a work in progress and we are happy to make amendments before the final signing.

Our office provides a free storage service in our Deed Register Safe for your Will and any other important documents that you may wish to store.
​
We assist with simple Wills to more complicated ones containing testamentary or disability Trusts.
